We offer a range of ancient practices for spiritual growth, providing you with the tools & guidance you need to embark on your inner exploration.
Our services include Yoga, incorporating the foundational elements of Āsana, Prānāyāma & meditation as well as astrology to enhance physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing. Additionally, we offer ceremony, retreats, workshops & private one-on-one experiences.

Welcome to The Oasis at Mandala Nights, your off-grid cabin tucked behind Hat Head National Park in the bushland of Crescent Head, New South Wales, Australia. You’ll feel a world away, but still within 3 minutes of some of the most legendary surf breaks & sleepy village vibes. The Oasis is no ordinary accommodation - it’s a world within a world, a retreat for the soul.
our story
In 2004, in a little bamboo beach shack restaurant in Goa, India, Deeps handed Jess a menu & they were married four months later in his home town of Kathmandu, Nepal. From those early days, we dreamt of re-creating for others a similar atmosphere that transformed our summer of love into the real deal.
Almost 20 years on, we walked away from high-flying careers in Australia’s capital & embarked the enormously exciting adventure into a new way of living & serving. Let’s face it, we were burnt out! We needed to slow down, recover, move toward a little simplicity & find more meaning in the day-to-day. So we packed up our lives & moved to one of the most beautiful places on Earth - Crescent Head. While it was daunting to leave all that behind, we were eager to strip away the excess of the unnecessary & focus on the essential…. & the dream - contributing to community in a profoundly new way.
Since joining the Mid North Coast scene, we’ve been welcomed with incredible warmth & are working hard to give back all we are receiving. We recognise how fortunate we are.
Whether you’re staying for a long weekend, joining us for Yoga classes or ceremony, or working with us one-on-one, we only do meaningful connection & living on purpose - serving is what brings us joy. We understand it’s not just the experience we create for guests & clients that’s vital, but the ripple effect when moments are consciously curated for the greater good.

Born in a rice field & raised in Nepal, Deeps has a lifetime of experience in the global hospitality industry & knows how to inspire. He is passionate about creating memorable moments & he does not disappoint - just ask anyone who’s experienced his food & warm service. With an exceptional palate & mind for creative cuisine, Deeps has always followed his innate desire to create delicious food for his guests.
He doesn’t mind a chat either, engaging all with his stories of intrigue on the subcontinent growing up in Nepal & India. He’s the life of the party & best mate to all. He looks forward to serving you.
You’ll also find him whipping up exquisite traditional Nepali delicacies & delivering them to our community here in Crescent Head as ‘Streets of Nepal’ (Instagram @streetsofnepal_crescenthead or Facebook @streetsofnepalcrescenthead).

Jess fuses a multi-disciplinary & tailored method emerging from decades of intense spiritual & Yogic practice, study & teaching, & based on the solid foundations of her background in Psychology, Eastern & Western Philosophy, Astrology & Reiki. Practicing Yoga since 2000 & teaching since 2016, she delivers a unique nature-guided, intuition-led technique. Jess is Dunghutti Country's only Level 2 Yoga teacher certified by both Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance (International) now offering Yoga in Crescent Head & surrounds.
She holds a degree in Psychology, undertook Vipassanā in the Indian Himalaya in 2004 & was initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra by Sadhguru at the conclusion of his Inner Engineering Program in 2024.
Following in her Mother’s footsteps, Jess studied Western Astrology, both formally & informally, for over 30 years. Guided by your personal natal chart, she’ll take you on a journey into how the electro-magnetic and gravitational forces of the celestial bodies impact you & your world at the karmic level. This is the sacred journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
