Payment in advance of a session or event secures your place.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. However, a refund or credit will not be issued for ‘no-shows’ or for cancellations within one week of a scheduled session or event unless under extenuating circumstances & only at the discretion of the Mandala Nights team. This is because we will have declined other reservation requests as we are ordinarily fully booked by that time. Remember, your soul’s growth is a priority - commit to it.

Mandala Nights may agree to transfer an event reservation into another name when arranged by the original owner of the reservation. Any transfer would only be permitted under limited circumstances & at the discretion of Mandala Nights.

In the unlikely cancellation of a session or event by Mandala Nights, a full refund or credit will be issued.
